Cloud and SaaS providers from GDPR Adequate Countries are safe

Local privacy and data protection regulations provide adequate level of protection. The transfer of Personal Data within these countries does not require further safeguards.

The European Commission determined that a select group countries outside of the EU or EEA, offer an adequate level of data protection. As a result, these countries don't require further safeguards when transmitting Personal Data from the EU.

Currently, the list includes:
